Persons who wish to apply for a library card may do so at the Reference Desk at either the West Lebanon or Lebanon Public Libraries (cards are good for each library). Please bring proof of residency; for example, a current driver's license, a lease, or a bill addressed to the Lebanon or West Lebanon residence of the person requesting the card. Each applicant will be asked to fill out an information card with name, address, and phone number. Replacement cards are free.
Applications for business cards should be directed to the Deputy Director at the Lebanon Public Library (448-2459).

Interlibrary loan is a cooperative system by which patrons may borrow materials not owned by the Lebanon libraries from other libraries in and out of state. To participate in interlibrary loan (ILL), a patron must have a current Lebanon library card and must have no outstanding overdue items, unpaid fees or fines.
Patrons may request up to four titles at one time. Requests may be done by phone (448-2459); by Fax (448-0696); or in person at the Reference desk; or by email.
The Lebanon Public Library respects all restrictions placed on borrowed materials by loaning libraries, such as in-library use only, shortened loan periods, and no renewals. Occasionally, a lending library will charge a fee for service.
It is crucial that all ILL materials be returned on time. A $1.00 per day fine ($5.00 maximum fine per person) will be charged for materials kept past their due date.
Lebanon Public Library has eight public access Internet computers and wireless connectivity for patrons with laptops. The public Internet stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not taken, but patrons wishing to use the Internet are asked to sign-up at the Reference desk. Sign-up is for 1/2 hour access.
Copies from the Internet are 25 cents per page. Printing from the word processing station and from the library copier is 10 cents per page. All copies are black-and-white.
